As a condition to gaining access to client information from the First Investors web site, I understand and agree that all such information, including but not limited to the names, addresses, phone numbers, account numbers and financial histories and profiles of clients, is the sole and exclusive property of First Investors Corporation, and is entitled to the status and protection of trade secrets. I also agree to keep such information confidential and not to divulge or reveal such information, directly or indirectly, during my affiliation with First Investors or at any time thereafter, to any competitor of First Investors, or any other third party who is not authorized by First Investors to receive such information. I further understand and agree that any breach of this Agreement will entitle First Investors to obtain injunctive and other equitable relief to prevent any further breach of this Agreement, and to prevent me from being unjustly enriched by the violation.

6/3/09: New York, NY, June 3, 2009 - First Investors Corporation recently announced the members of the 2009 First Investors Chairman's Council. The 25 members were determined by their performance rankings for 2008-09.

The First Investors Chairman's Council is an exclusive group of top performers. This year, Gregory Steinmetz claimed the title of President of the 2009 Chairman's Council, repeating his superb performance from 2007-08. Rounding out the top three were Executive Vice President Patrick Sciarra and First Vice President Carrie Mullins.

5/28/09: On June 1, 2009, First Investors Life is unveiling an updated version of its Level Term Life Insurance product. The updated First Investors Life Level Term product offers new features and benefits. A new underwriting category, Preferred Plus, has been added, which gives the most insurable candidates the opportunity to benefit from First Investors Life's best term premium rates. Those purchasing a policy with a face amount over $250,000 will also benefit from even lower rates.

3/11/09: Income tax returns are due shortly, but many investors may still have a chance to take one more deduction. Americans have until filing day—April 15, 2009—to contribute to their Traditional IRAs and potentially claim a deduction on their 2008 tax returns. The contribution limit for tax year 2008 is $5,000—and investors age 50 or older are also eligible to make an additional "catch-up" contribution of $1,000.
